Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) Case 732

This is a 60 year old patient who presented to my Scottsdale practice following massive weight loss. She was not happy with the appearance of her arms, noting severe skin laxity and arm droopiness. She stated that she would not even wear sleeveless shirts given her loose skin. We discussed bilateral brachioplasties as a surgical correction of her loose arm skin. She underwent bilateral brachioplasties and is shown postoperatively, feeling exceptionally pleased with her result and now having the confidence to wear sleeveless shirts.
