This is a lovey 41-year-old athletic female. Who presented to my office requesting a revision from a previous dual plane saline breast augmentation performed by another surgeon. This patient is a body builder and competes on stage. She had significant hyper animation and inferior lateral malposition. We discussed doing a site change to the subfacial position and I performed full mastopexies for aesthetic. During her surgery her saline implants were removed, and a new pocket above the muscle was created, and she underwent placement with Sientra 380cc's moderate projection silicone gel implants with GalaFLEX for lower pull support. I also performed an inverted T mastopexy given her laxity and poor preop nipple position. She is shown 6 months following surgery with a beautiful shape, position, and overall breast aesthetic. She is ecstatic with her results and we can’t wait to see her on stage!
