The patient is a 22-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of severe tuberous breasts, which also demonstrated significant asymmetry and drooping.
Due to this patient's asymmetry, during surgery I placed a Sientra 485-cc moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel on the left and a 565-cc high profile implant on the right, A full lift was performed as well. The patient recovered nicely and was much happier with her fuller, rounder and perkier breasts.
