This is a 51-year-old female who presented in my Scottsdale office requesting a subfacial breast augmentation. She presented with a small A cup and wanted to be in the C range. During her office visit she wanted to be in the 325-385cc range and she was hoping for a more natural post-op appearance. During the surgery various sizers were tried and I contoured her subfacial pocket. Ultimately, I was happy with Sientra 590cc's on the right and 565cc's on the left, moderate projection silicone gel implants, GalaFLEX was used for lower pull support. She is happy with her results and is shown here at her 6 month post-op.
