Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 450

The patient is a 51-year-old female who had previously presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breasts larger than desired as well as ptosis. We had done a preoperative deflation and after this the patient wished to simply have her implant shells removed and tighten the remaining skin. Given the patient had very little volume I explained she would not have significant projection or roundness to the breasts and she was fine with this concept.
