This 22 year old female presented to my office stating that she wanted "smaller and perkier" breasts. She underwent a breast reduction for both breast size and position improvements. She stated that her previous neck, back, and shoulder pain had improved considerably and that she was exceptionally pleased with the aesthetic outcome of her breasts. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
