Sub-Fascial Breast Augmentation Case 888

This is a pleasant 43 year old female who presented to my office requesting downsizing of her previously placed subpectoral anatomic silicone implants which were 450cc. She was dissatisfied with the hyperanimation associated with being in the submuscular position and I recommended a site change to subfascial with Galaflex lower pole support and downsizing her implants. During her surgery, I removed her old textured anatomical implants, removed her capsules, reconsutrcuted and repaired her muscle, and put her new implants in the subfascial position supported with Galaflex. I finally chose Sientra 365cc Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implants and she is shown 8 months following her surgery with a beautiful, natural, soft, and proportionate outcome.
