This pleasant 44 year old female presented to my office with severe breast deflation following breast feeding and child rearing. She requested a breast augmentation with lift (mastopexy) for improved contour, shape, and repositioning. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 350 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants and wise pattern mastopexies. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
