This pleasant 30 year old female presented to my office requesting a breast augmentation. She was previously a B cup and after multiple pregnancies, she wished to regain her previous breast shape and hoped for a D cup. We decided on a subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D lower pole reinforcement, AKA, the SIGALIFT.
During her surgery, I placed numerous sizers into her pocket to give her as much symmetry and balance as possible. In the end, I placed a Sientra High Profile HSC+ 470 cc smooth round silicone gel implant on the right and a Sientra High Profile HSC+ 505 cc smooth round silicone gel implant on the left.
She is shown 3 months following her SIGALIFT surgery, having regained the shape and cup size that her pregnancies had undone. She is so happy with her new look with upper pole fullness, beautiful cleavage, and an overall beautiful result!
