This pleasant 37 year old female presented to my office displeased with the appearance of her breasts. She wished for an augmentation to improve the appearance of her A cup breasts. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with high profile 325 cc smooth round silicone gel implants and is shown 2 months following her surgery.
