This patient is a 22-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient wished to be in the full C to small D range.
Because this patient wanted a fuller, more augmented look, I used Sientra textured, round, moderate profile 385cc cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the muscle via inframammary incisions. After surgery, this patient recovered well and was very happy with her new appearance.
