Breast Augmentation Case 796

This athletic and fit 38 year old runner presented to my Scottsdale office requesting breast enhancement. She did not wish to be overly "fake" looking but desired improved shape, cleavage, and volume, all of which had been lost following breast feeding. After a long discussion regarding various placement options, we decided on a dual- plane approach in order to maximize cosmesis in this extremely fit patient.

During her surgery I placed a series of sizers, looking for the perfect match for both her frame and her cosmetic desires. Ultimately I selected Sientra Moderate Profile HSC 300 cc smooth round silicone gel implants on both sides followed by bilateral nipple reductions to improve the overall aesthetics of her breasts.

She did so well aftger surgery and is shown 3 months following her procedure. She is ecstatic with her aesthetic result and feels that her breast shape is consistent with the rest of her body.
