This patient is a 29-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. She was also noted to have a small amount of fullness in the bra fat area bilaterally which is genetic and can occur even in extremely slim patients like this one.
I felt that bilateral breast augmentation would give the patient the best overall results. Given how petite this patient was, I recommended smaller implants.
In surgery I placed Sientra 230cc smooth, round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles via the breast crease scars. I also performed localized liposuction of the bra fat areas. This patient healed quickly and was very happy with her new, improved chest appearance.
