This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of having a breast size smaller than desired and a bony appearance of the chest. I felt the patient would be a good candidate for bilateral breast augmentation with textured anatomical implants given that she was extremely thin and would be at risk for implant malposition and visibility.
During surgery I placed Sientra 350 cc textured classic anatomical cohesive silicone gel implants under her chest muscles via inframammary incisions. She recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her improved, feminine appearance.
