This is a 24 year old female who presented to my Paradise Valley office requesting a natural breast augmentation. She had unevenness and wore a B cup but wished to be a full C. Her desire for an extremely natural result with a tear drop looking breast led her to choose an anatomical implant for its aesthetic benefits.
During her surgery, I prepared her dual plane pockets and used several sizers until choosing a Sientra 350cc moderate profile anatomical implant on the right and a Sientra 400cc moderate profile anatomical implant on the left.
She is shown 3 months following her surgery with a beautiful shapely and yet natural breast augmentation. As you can see, her symmetry has been improved, her fullness and cleavage is amazing, and her overall aesthetics have made her extremely pleased that she had this surgery.
