Breast Augmentation Case 234

This 32-year-old woman from the Phoenix area wanted to transform her small B-cup bra size into a small C cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my Paradise Valley area medical practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation procedure near Phoenix, Arizona. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an "overfilled" look.

I recommended using silicone implants placed under the muscle for the most natural look. During her surgery I tried a few different sizes, but felt that the 350cc Mentor high profile cohesive silicone gel implants looked the best and would give her the natural-looking results she was looking for. The implants were inserted through an upper areolar incision and placed underneath the chest muscles to help ensure a natural, aesthetically pleasing look.
