This pleasant 49 year old female presented to my office for improved fullness and projection of her A cup breasts. She had breast fed and felt quite deflated. She wished to go from an A cup to a ful C cup. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D lower pole reinforcement and 325 cc anatomical silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
