This patient is a 27-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient was also noted to have left breast which was slightly larger than the right as well as a lower nipple-areolar complex on that side. I felt that bilateral breast augmentation would give the patient the best overall results.
The implants used were Sientra smooth round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants. On the left side, the implant was 320 cc, and on the right side, the implant was 350cc. The patient recovered nicely and was very happy with her improved shape, size and symmetry.
