This pleasant 22 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office requesting an extremely "natural" and proprotionate breast augmentation. She stated that her goal was to be proportionate and NOT to have "big boobs." She had felt that her breasts did not match the rest of her body and so we decided that a dual-plane breast augmentation with appropriately sized smooth round silicone implants would give her the look she was hoping for.
During her surgery, I placed several sizers until ultimately choosing Sientra 285 cc Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She got the natural and proportionately beautiful look she was hoping for and is shown 3 months following her surgery, feeling exceptionally pleased with her outcome.
