This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient was also noted to have a right breast which was slightly larger than the left. I felt that bilateral breast augmentation with anatomical implants would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery I placed Sientra textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles and via inframammary incisions. The left implant was 400cc and the right side was 350cc due to a preoperative asymmetry. After surgery the patient recovered nicely and was very happy with the enhanced appearance of her breasts.
