The patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. She requested a conservative but natural result. Based on clinical evaluation and precise biodimensional planning, she underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants (Sientra Style-105, 250 cc smooth round silicone gel breast implants). She is shown 2 months following her surgery and is quite satisfied with her overall size and postoperative appearance.
