This pleasant 25 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with her A cup breasts. She requested bilateral breast augmentation and wanted to end up as a C cup. Being an avid exerciser and yoga practitioner, she underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with lower pole Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and high profile 325 cc smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 2 months following her surgery.
