The patient is a 30-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient wished to have a fuller, rounder appearing breast. I performed a breast augmentation using Sientra 315cc round high profile silicone implants. The patient recovered well after surgery and was very pleased with her fuller, rounder breast appearance.
