Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Case 650

This pleasant 54 year old female presented to my office requesting a breast augmentation and lift. She had deflated severely following breast feeding and was not pleased with her breast size or position. She stated that she had wanted to do this surgery for many years. She wanted to be significantly larger postoperatively and underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants and Wise pattern mastopexies. She is shown 1 year following her surgery.
