This very pleasant 34 year old female presented to my Scottsdale office for a breast augmentation. She had done a lot of research and sought me out due to my expertise in subfascial breast augmentation. She was an A cup and wished for a C cup and did not wish to look overly "augmented." We discussed various options and formed a surgical plan which would entail subfascial placement of smooth round silicone implants with lower pole mesh reinforcement using Galform 3D bioresorbable scaffold, AKA, the SIGALIFT.
During her surgery, i placed multiplep sizers into her subfascial pockets and ultimately chose to use 320 cc Sientra Moderate Profile HSC+ smooth round silicone gel implant on the right and a Sientra 335 cc HSC+ Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implant on the left for maximum symmetry.
She did so well after surgery and is shown 3 months following her SIGALIFT procedure.She is exceptionally pleased with her cosmetic outcome, does not feel too "augmented" and loves the look of her natural and proportionately shaped breasts!
