The patient is a 24-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results.
In surgery I placed Allergan smooth round moderate profile 405 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira cohesive silicone gel implants. She had a significant improvement in her shape and she was extremely pleased with her results.
