Sub-Fascial Breast Augmentation Case 640

This pleasant 35 year old female presented to my office feeling too small and deflated following pregnancy. She wished to go from an A cup to a small D cupo. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D lower pole reinforcement and 350 cc anatomical silicone gel implants. She was offered circumareolar mastopexies for improved nipple symmetry but declined. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
