Breast Augmentation Case 443

This  patient is a 27-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient wished to have a natural shape and preferred a textured anatomical implant if possible. I felt the patient would be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation.

Both implants used were Sientra 400 cc textured, moderate profile, classic anatomical cohesive silicone gel implants.  They were placed under the chest muscle via inframammary incisions.  She recovered well after surgery and was very happy with her fuller, natural appearance.
