This patient is a 27-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient is also noted to have a prominent sternum with a more steeply sloping ribcage and as a result, I felt textured implants would give the patient more a stable result.
These were both Sientra 385-cc textured round moderate-plus profile HSC+ cohesive silicone gel implants
