The patient is a 38-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt a bilateral breast augmentation would give the patient the best overall results. Due to a laterally sloping ribcage, I recommended textured implants to minimize the change of implant malposition.
The patient wished to have fuller, rounder breasts, so I placed Sientra 565 cc textured round high profile cohesive silicone gel implants via inframammary incisions. She recovered nicely after surgery and was very pleased with her results.
