This is a 22 year old patient who presented to my Scottsdale practice requesting a "natural" breast augmentation. She was fearful of looking “too big” so we decided together on a surgical plan that would give her exactly what she was looking for. She wanted shape, curve, and an overall natural and proportionate breast augmentation.
During her surgery, I placed several sizers into her dual-plane pocket, and the ones that seemed to fit her preoperative wishes and her frame best were the Sientra Moderate Profile 285 cc smooth round silicone gel implants. She was so pleased with her results and told me that this was exactly what she was looking for. She is shown postoperatively with a beautiful and natural result.
