This is a 34 year old female who presented to my Scottsdale practice dissatisfied with her breasts. She wanted to feel more shapely yet natural. She stated that she just wanted to have some shape and curve without looking “too fake.” During her examination and sizing process, we together formulated a surgical plan that consisted of dual-plane breast augmentation with moderate profile implants in the 250 cc range.
During her surgery, I placed several sizers, and the ones that most fit her frame and her overall size requests were the 250 cc Sientra Moderate Profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She was so happy with her result as she didn’t feel too “fake” yet she obtained all the shape and curves was looking for. She is shown postoperatively, feeling thrilled with her overall outcome.
