The patient is a 21-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt the patient would benefit from bilateral breast augmentation.
Sientra 350 cc moderate profile classic anatomical cohesive silicone gel implants were placed through a breast crease incision for a stable and natural result. The patient healed well after surgery and was very happy with the more proportionate and aesthetic appearance of her breasts.
