This pleasant 26 year old female presented to my office requesting breast augmentation surgery. She had deflated following breast feeding and wished enhancement of her breasts. She wanted to go from a small B cup to a full C/small D cup. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
