This pleasant 34 year old female presented to my office requesting breast enhancement. She stated that she was a small B cup but wished to be a full C cup/small D cup. She was quite athletic and wished to get back to working out soon following her surgery. She undwerwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform lower pole mesh reinforcement using 325 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants and is shown 3 months following her surgery.
