This pleasant 40 year old female presented to my office requesting a breast augmentation. She was dissatisfied with her A cup breasts and wished for improved projection and upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants and is shown 2 months following her surgery.
