This pleasant 40 year old female presented to my office for enhancement of her A cup breasts. She did not wish to be overly augmented but wished for fullness in her upper poles and cleavage areas. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 325 cc smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
