Breast Augmentation Case 499

This patient is a 26-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. The patient was also noted to have more ribcage projection on the left side as well as a higher breast on that side. and a larger and lower left areola. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with a likely high profile implant on the right and moderate profile on the left as well as circumareolar mastopexies would give the patient the best overall results. 

Sientra smooth round cohesive silicone gel implants were placed under the muscles. On the left side, the implant was 380-cc moderate profile and on the right side, the implant was 440-cc high profile implant.  Circumareolar mastopexies were also performed.  The patient recovered well and was very happy with her results.
