This pleasant 32 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts. She wished to go from an A cup to a small D cup. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with high profile 375 cc smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 2 months following her surgery.
