This patient is a 31-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt that bilateral breast augmentation would give the patient the best overall results. Given how narrow the patient's chest was, I recommended smaller range implants.
In surgery I placed Sientra 250cc smooth, round moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles via inframammary crease scars. She recovered quickly and was extremely happy with her fuller, rounder breasts.
