This patient is a 30-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. I felt bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel implants would give the patient the best overall results.
In the operating room, I placed Allergan Natrelle Inspira 360cc moderate profile smooth round cohesive silicone gel implants in the dual plane position via inframammary incisions. The patient recovered very nicely and was extremely happy with the overall improvement in her breast shape and size.
