This pleasant 38 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of her breasts. She requested increased fullness and projection. She underwent bilateral dual-plane breast augmentation with 375 cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
