This patient is a 23-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. She wanted a natural, stable result and preferred textured, anatomical implants due to her laterally sloping ribcage. I felt she would likely need different sized implants due to a preoperative asymmetry.
In surgery, I placed Sientra textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants. On the left side, the implant was 350 cc and on the right side the implant was 310 cc. The implants were placed under the chest muscles via breast crease incisions. The patient recovered well and was extremely pleased with her results.
