This pleasant 39 year old female presented to my office for a breast augmentation. She was an avid yoga practitioner and exercised regularly and wanted a procedure that would allow her to get back to the gym quickly following her surgery. She underwent bilateral subfascial breast augmentation with Galaform 3D mesh lower pole reinforcement and 350 cc anatomical silicone gel implants. She is shown 3 months following her surgery.
