This was a 50 year old female who presented to my office with interest in an abdominoplasty as well as wanting fuller breasts. The patient wished to avoid implants. I recommended a left circumareolar mastopexy with bilateral inverted nipple correction, power-assisted liposuction of bra fat, flanks and lower abdomen with PureGraft fat grafting to breasts, and a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with fascial plication.
During surgery these procedures were performed and a total of 135 cc of fat was injected into the left breast and 140 cc was injected into the right breast. The fat was primarily injected in the superior and medial portion of the breasts. After this a full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening was performed. The patient recovered nicely and was very happy with her new, fuller breasts and her smoother and more youthful abdominal appearance.
