This very pleasant 49 year old female presented to my office stating that she was dissatisfied with the shape and position of her breasts. She did not wish to be larger, but she did request to be "uplifted" and more "shapely." She underwent a Wise pattern mastopexy and is shown 3 months following her surgery.
