Eyelid Surgery 13

This pleasant 32 year old female presented to my office complaining of the “bags” under her lower eyelids. She stated that she wished to looked “refreshed” and less tired. She underwent a “scarless” bilateral trans-conjunctival fat removal of the herniating fat of her lower eyelids and is shown 6 months postoperatively.
