This pleasant 59 year old female presented to my office dissatisfied with the overall appearance of her aging face, neck, and upper eyelids. She wished for a more youthful and revitalized face but wanted a "natural" result. She underwent a mini-facelift with upper blepharoplasty and was extremely pleased with her outcome. She is shown 6 months following her surgery.
