Facial Rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation encompasses an array of surgical techniques which address the aging process of the brow, eyelids, face, jowls, chin and neck. Even the earlobes and lips can be rejuvenated. I have many different techniques available for each part of the face depending on the severity of aging, and the needs of each patient. At the Scottsdale Center for Plastic Surgery, all of these surgeries can be performed alone, or in combination with one another.

Brow Lift

Browlift is a general term which refers to surgical rejuvenation of the forehead and eyebrows. Different techniques can be used to alter the position of the eyebrows, or adjust the height of the forehead and hairline. A browlift can also improve skin laxity of the upper lids.

Facelift & Necklift

Facelift and Necklift surgery addresses the drooping of the cheeks, jawline and neck. This surgery rejuvenates the facial appearance with incisions that are hidden by the ears and occasionally a small incision underneath the chin. At my Scottsdale, Arizona, plastic surgery facilities, my goal for this surgery is a natural, younger appearance. In some patients, a mini-facelift accomplishes this result, while those with more severe aging often need careful contouring of the deeper tissues and a gentle re-draping of the skin.

Eyelid Surgery

Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) includes surgery of the upper and/or lower lids. This surgery is often combined with other facial procedures, and is used to brighten and improve the appearance of tired or baggy appearing eyes.

Injectables

Injectable Treatments are non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures that address early signs of aging. BOTOX® Cosmetic relaxes the facial muscles that often lead to deep wrinkles and creases. The dermal filler JUVÉDERM® decreases fine lines and wrinkles while helping to restore lost facial volume. These treatments can be used alone or in combination with surgery to maximize results.

Please note that there are many small nuances of facial aging that are not easily categorized (such as droopy earlobes or a thinning upper lip). During your consultation at my Phoenix area plastic surgery office, I will address any specific issues like these that you may have.
