This 43 year old patient presented to my office for both breast and abdominal complaints. She had previously undergone submuscular saline augmentation many years ago however after breastfeeding, her breasts dropped and she requested revision. She also had loose and redundant skin following her pregnancies for which an abdominoplasty was recommended. I performed a Sigalift Subfascial Revision with mastopexies using Sientra 535cc high profile smooth round silicone gel implants and full mastopexies. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction and is shown 2 months following her surgery with an amazing new look feeling more youthful and loving her results.
